Ford Cobra 4V Thumper Race Turbo System
Originally developed on Tim Palmer's yellow Cobra, this Race turbo kit for '96 and up Mustangs equipped with the 4V Cobra Modular motor.
This system has proven itself as a strong performer with Tim's 8.86 pass at the World Ford Challenge 5 in St. Louis. This was with a 91.5mm turbo and only 17-psi boost with stock heads and cams. Tim won the 2002 Modular Shootout Pro Mod class and has been #1 qualifier at several events. This system is capable of delivering even more performance with more boost as Tim has run a personal best of 8.36 @ 163mph.
